Imagine hearing about the planet/galaxy that you call home, but every detail is slightly different. Slightly more interesting, slightly more comedic, and slightly more mad. An incredibly fun, nerdy, and quotable read.

Este libro narra la historia de como un señor británico llamado Arthur Dent se entera una mañana de que van a tirar la Tierra abajo para construir una autopista interespacial y las aventuras que vive tras enterarse de este acontecimiento.
Adams mezcla ciencia-ficción sin límites con toques de comedia e incluso sus comentarios más metafísicos para hacer una novela que es tan divertida como es atrapante, sobre todo por ese basto universo que el autor es capaz de crear. Los multiples "cachivaches" galácticos, las especies extraterrestres, las historias interespaciales y la propia historia de La Guía del Autoestopista Galáctico sirven de complemento perfecto …
